The 2018 All MG and Classic Car Show at the Riverside Park, Chester le Street

Sunday the 13th of May started damp overcast and cool but quickly improved this was very fortunate as we started to fill the Riverside Park at Chester le Street with cars for our 3rdAll MG and Classic Car Show at the Riverside. By lunch time we had over 160 vehicles of all types and sizes on the green including some who had travelled quite some distance to be there, one couple from Holland had included us in their UK holiday trip. The standard of cars present was outstanding making it very difficult for our judges to choose winners in the various classes. Many thanks to Bob Luke for his tireless efforts in organising the day and to all the marshals and helpers as well, also many thanks to Derek May for the difficult choices in the judging and after such a great day I personally think we were all winners.

We may have to change the name of the show to the All MG and Classic VEHICLE Show as we are getting a variety of different vehicles such as this very nice Panther motorcycle and sidecar
